This is a 60 minute Float Session in our Isopod Float Tank filled with 500kg of Epsom salts in 1100 litres of water heated to 36.5 degrees. The ULTIMATE relaxation & recovery tool.

Followed by a 30 minute Massage Chair Session OR a 30 minute Compression Therapy session in our Wellness Room.

This is a 30 minutes massage using our Lymphatic massage roller. It will cover 10 by 3 minute positions during the session.
